Malcolm is the firm's Managing Partner.
Malcolm trained as a solicitor in the City. He then became a legal adviser at the American Multinational, Gillette, providing legal advice on a wide range of matters throughout Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Malcolm joined Michelmores in 1989, and has since advised on all forms of corporate finance work relating to mergers and acquisitions, and a broad range of corporate and commercial work.
