Lucy is a highly experienced commercial property lawyer with particular expertise in residential property matters, acting for housebuilders, developers and land owners.
Her experience includes advising on site acquisitions and assembly, including in particular conditional contracts, options and overage arrangements. She deals regularly with joint venture and consortium agreements. In addition Lucy has particular expertise in setting up freehold and leasehold residential schemes.
Lucy has worked on a wide range of residential schemes across the South West including retirement housing schemes.
Other areas of expertise include charity property and ecclesiastical property.
