Lucy Smallwood - Solicitor

Lucy joined the Commercial Property team in January 1996, having qualified as a solicitor in 1996. Since then she has gained experience in a wide range of commercial property transactions, including the acquisition and disposal of both retail and residential development sites.
Lucy's work includes a particular focus in acting for ecclesiastical and church bodies in connection with a broad range of property matters, including school redevelopments.
