  • Advising a hotel on the requirements under the Disability Discrimination Act in relation to access and services for disabled customers
  • Advising a national pub retailer and brewer in a contractual dispute over fees charged by a recruitment agency
  • Acting for a South West based hotel chain in a dispute with one of its customers
  • Acting for a firm of architects for a fees claim relating to a major "Sports Village" development
  • Advising a holiday company on the establishment of a new corporate structure and advising on ancillary employment issues arising out of the restructure
  • Acting for one of the UK's leading providers of family holidays and short breaks in a dispute with one of its marketing affiliates. The case involved successfully obtaining a freezing injunction through the High Court to prevent the affiliate moving assets out of the jurisdiction
  • Advising a sub-contractor on a mechanical and electrical works contract for the 2012 London Olympics media centre
  • Acting for a major South West holiday park in relation to a negligence claim against an architect in respect of high value swimming pool defects. A favourable result was achieved via mediation
  • Acting for a South Devon hotel, successfully bringing a claim for defective building works
