Michelmores' property teams have been recognised once again as leaders in the region in a report by the profession's 'bible', The Legal 500.
 
All areas of the firm's property group are highlighted in the report, with the commercial property team described as having "excellent industry knowledge", led by David Howe - a "master problem solver and deal closer".
 
The Legal 500 is compiled annually by a team of researchers who speak to thousands of law firm commercial clients. The recommendations in the report are based largely on these comments, plus the opinions of rival lawyers and information on transactions/deals the firms have been involved in. 
 
Other Michelmores' property partners singled out in the report include "Exeter-based development scheme expert Graham Cridland (who) is recommended"; Cameron Caverhill, who is recognised as a "good negotiator"; and Peter Lowless for his "sharp commercial acumen".
 
Michelmores also performed strongly across all business and private client practice areas.
