Law Society appointment for Michelmores solicitor

Michelmores private client lawyer Richard Flack has been elected to a specialist Law Society committee dealing with tax law.

The Revenue Law Capital Taxes Sub-Committee comprises solicitors specialising in capital taxes such as Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax, and identifies areas of tax law and procedure that require reform or review.

Richard Flack said: "It is an honour to be elected to such an important committee. It will be very useful in acquiring knowledge and insight into changes in tax legislation as well as providing opportunities to influence matters."
