Karl Bacchus - Legal Executive

Karl joined Michelmores public sector team in 2002.
Having qualified in 1988, Karl's experience reflects a mix of public/private sector work including working for law firms such as Halliwell Landau and his own conveyancing business.
He has also worked as an in-house lawyer for major businesses in the hotel, leisure and licensing industry and with local authorities.
Karl specialises in commercial property and has broad experience in local authority law and procedures (including social housing, large scale voluntary transfers, and public private partnerships), and secured lending in respect of commercial and residential properties.
Karl has also taught on the Council for Licensed Conveyancer's Course.
