Jonathan joined Michelmores in 2006 as a Partner in the Private Client Group. He was previously with City firm Macfarlanes. Jonathan trained as commercial lawyer with Allen & Overy.
Jonathan specialises in trusts, estate planning and the mitigation of Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax for wealthy individuals. He provides tax advice to both UK and non-UK domiciled clients. Jonathan works closely with the Company Commercial team providing personal tax and estate planning advice for directors and shareholders. Jonathan sits on the STEP Families in Business Steering Committee.
