Jo specialises in mergers and acquisitions, MBOs and MBIs and private equity. Jo worked for 7 years for a well respected niche corporate finance law firm in the City dealing with mergers and acquisitions for a range of clients in particular private equity firms.
Jo moved to Devon in 2005, joining Michelmores in 2006 and becoming a Partner in 2011.
