Joe joined the property team of Michelmores' London office in 2006 from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer where he trained and subsequently practised for over 10 years.
Joe has wide experience acting on behalf of commercial property investors and developers, including on disposals and acquisitions (often with a funding element), site assembly/development projects and on the letting of office, retail, warehousing, industrial, leisure and mixed use premises. In addition, he has a strong background in asset management of institutional and private investment portfolios.
Joe has also advised a variety of corporate occupiers on premises relocations and on the property aspects of business acquisitions and disposals, reorganisations, joint ventures, financings and listings.
