Ian joined Michelmores in 2003 having previously worked in the City and then as Head of Legal for a listed mining, minerals and chemicals company with global interests.
Ian has wide experience in the projects sector dealing with project agreements, payment mechanisms, direct agreements, FM contracts and various financing arrangements, including PFI and PPP structures.
Ian also has extensive knowledge of corporate transactions more generally, including company and business sales and purchases, corporate structures, joint ventures, shareholder agreements and due diligence investigations.
