Henry is a member of the corporate finance team at Michelmores and specialises in private company mergers and acquisitions, private equity/venture capital investments and corporate joint ventures, both in the UK and with cross-jurisdictional elements.
Examples of recent transactions he has been involved in include:
- the US$20,000,000 investment by African Agriculture Fund and Finnish Fund for Industrial Cooperation (Finnfund) in Goldtree, a palm oil milling company in Sierra Leone
- the disposal by a NYSE listed US client of its UK group of companies to a French buyer
- Dubai based Millennium Private Equity's investment in IIT Technologies Limited, through the issue of the UK's first ever Sukuk
- a Channel Islands registered company's US$8,000,000 fundraising to finance projects in developing countries
- a UK software company's sale of a significant portion of its business to a French purchaser
