Fran Button - Partner
Fran joined Michelmores in June 2010 from Pinsent Masons LLP in Leeds, where she was head of the transactional construction team. She trained with Hammonds LLP.
She is a specialist in drafting and negotiating complex building contracts and consultant appointments for both the public and private sector. Fran has particular expertise in PFI having acted on health, social housing, waste, education and leisure projects.
She has acted on over 30 NHS LiFT projects and numerous Building Schools for the Future projects. She is also experienced in ProCure 21 projects.
She has also been at the forefront of preparing and advising upon construction contracts in relation to Local Asset Backed Vehicles and Local Housing Companies.
Fran has over 14 years of experience in acting for developers and contractors on commercial development and regeneration projects.
