Liability transfer provisions within the land contract (including appropriate indemnities and warranties)

Liaison with brokers for negotiation of bespoke environmental insurance
Identifying, instructing and liaising with environmental consultants
Liability for escapes of pollution and creation of new contamination, including impact of the Environmental Damage Regulations
