Dean Johns - Debt System Developer
Dean joined Michelmores in 2011 having previously worked in the in-house collections team for a national energy company where he dealt with a range of high value accounts.
As part of the Debt Recovery Team, Dean now assists clients with pre-litigation recoveries. Dean assists with sending of letters before action for clients providing bulk referrals and is skilled in telephone collections, negotiating payment plans and dealing with initial disputes where necessary.
