Danica Cooper - Associate
Danica joined Michelmores' Commercial Property team in 2011, having previously trained and worked at LG and Addleshaw Goddard in London. Danica advises on all aspects of commercial property work, including sales/purchases (both freehold and leasehold), landlord and tenant work, granting and taking commercial leases, leasehold licences and management work.
Danica also has experience working on real estate finance transactions, acting for both banks and companies, and she has acted on a number of corporate transactions.
