Crispin joined Michelmores' commercial property team in 2003 having spent over four years at a City firm where he trained, qualifying in 2001.
He deals with all areas of commercial property work including commercial development (both for developers and end-users), freehold sales/acquisitions, granting/taking commercial leases and leasehold management. Crispin has also assisted on development and leasehold-structuring matters for higher education establishments and local government regeneration projects, as well as acting on ecclesiastical property transactions.
