Commercial Property Awards shortlist announced

Once again the annual Michelmores/Western Morning News Commercial Property Awards attracted quality entries from around the region, delighting the judges with their innovation and diversity.

The judging panel was again taxed to the full in whittling the entries down to shortlists of three and, after a full day's deliberation, the contenders for the South West's most sought after commercial property awards were announced.

Heritage Project of the Year

Carew House, Bodmin
Mills Bakery, Royal William Yard

Eco Project of the Year
Fairglen Low Energy Homes, Hayle
Otter Brewery, Eco Cellar
Scarlet Hotel, North Cornwall

Project Manager of the Year
Andy Cook (Ease Development Services Ltd)
Malcolm Tressider (Midas Construction)
Mike Leach (Devon & Cornwall Constabulary)

The award for John Laurence Professional Firm of the Year will be announced at the Gala Awards Dinner in May.

The winners for each category will be announced at a Gala Dinner at Sandy Park Conference Centre on Tuesday 11 May.
