Clare Maunder - Solicitor
Clare joined the property team in 2010. Prior to joining, Clare was an Associate Director in the European Real Estate Finance Group at Bear Stearns (a US investment bank), and prior to that practised at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer for approximately 10 years.
Clare specialises in advising on property finance transactions, acting for both borrowers and lenders on origination of loans back by real estate security, intercreditor issues and loan management. Clare has wide experience acting on behalf of commercial property investors on disposals and acquisitions, landlord and tenant issues and asset management. Clare also advises corporates on the property aspects of business acquisitions and disposals, reorganisations, sale and leasebacks and joint ventures.
