Chris Butcher - Partner
Chris specialises in probate and the administration of estates, and also advises on wills, trusts, inheritance tax and powers of attorney.
Chris is Deputy Registrar of the Diocese of Exeter and Truro, and has a wide experience of ecclesiastical law. He is also a Notary Public and is joint author of 'The Probate Practice Manual', a loose-leaf text book for lawyers published by Sweet & Maxwell.
Chris is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, Ecclesiastical Law Association, and the Charity Law Association.
