Carol trained at Berwin Leighton Paisner, where she qualified in 1985. She joined Michelmores in 2004 as a Partner to head up the PFI and Projects team.
Carol is highly experienced in negotiating, drafting, coordinating and advising on all aspects of PPP/PFI projects for Government Departments, Agencies, NHS Trusts and other public sector organizations and private sector companies.
Carol's services to HM Treasury and the Home Office PFI projects were recognised in the 2004 New Year’s Honours List with an OBE.
