Annelie joined the Business Group of Michelmores in 2010. Prior to joining Michelmores, she worked as a partner in the corporate and commercial department of an Exeter law firm. Annelie is the Head of the Leisure and Tourism group at Michelmores and is an active member of the Energy and Renewables group.
Specialising in a wide range of commercial and company law matters, Annelie has particular experience in commercial contracts including joint venture and partnership agreements, franchising and distribution agreements, out-sourcing agreements, agreements for the supply of goods and services and online trading.
Annelie also has extensive experience in all corporate law matters including sales and purchases, AIM flotations, corporate governance, restructuring, investment and shareholder agreements.
Outside of work Annelie enjoys running and yoga.
