Anna Heywood - Solicitor
Anna works in the Private Client Group. She specialises in disputes over wills, trusts and estates, including claims concerning the validity of wills, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, equitable claims and applications for the removal of executors and trustees.
She also undertakes a range of Court of Protection matters and general private client work, including wills, trusts and estate planning.
Anna is an Affiliate of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. She is currently undertaking the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists Diploma.
