Anita qualified as a solicitor in Bristol in 2005 having trained with a West Country firm and acting for developers and house builders. Following qualification Anita worked within a team acting for commercial property owners including global shopping centre owners. Anita joined Michelmores in 2011 after returning closer to her West Country roots.
With experience of a broad range of commercial property, landlord and tenant, asset management other general property matters Anita now works within the property team assisting in commercial property matters and in residential development for both national and regional house builderrs.
Anita will be relocating to the Sidmouth office in due course to take on a full range of commercial property transactions and to assist with the residential conveyancing workload.
