Andrew heads up the Employment team and has a wealth of experience on employment law issues, both in relation to contentious and non-contentious matters.
Andrew has particular experience in dealing with high value senior executive severance claims and related breach of contract disputes. He has been involved in a number of high profile NHS disciplinary enquiries concerning serious professional mis-conduct claims involving senior consultants.
Andrew is equally comfortable dealing with compensation claims in both the High Court or Employment Tribunal. Andrew is a qualified mediator and brings these specialist skills to bear in ensuring that disputes are settled quickly and cost-effectively.
Andrew is a nominated leader in his field in the latest editions of both Chambers and Legal 500.
