Andy joined Michelmores in September 2009 as a Trainee Solicitor following a successful career as an Aircraft Engineer in the Royal Navy. Whilst still serving in the Armed Forces, he completed a Law Degree with the Open University, gaining a First in October 2006, and in 2009 he completed his Legal Practice Course at University West of England Bristol.
